The Trego Golden Eagles girls’ tennis team has qualified three for the 3-2-1A state tennis tournament later this week in Dodge City. Allison Carr went 3-1 to finish third in singles while the doubles team of Amelia Fabrizius and Leah Flax went 4-0 to win doubles. Kelli Gudenkauf of Russell finished sixth in singles to qualify as did Osborne’s doubles team of Jamie Cockerham and Taylor Noel with a third place finish.

The Hays High doubles team of Bonnie McRae and Emily Wyse finished fifth at their 5A regional in Salina to qualify for state.
