The Kansas State Fire Marshal has conducted an investigation of Tuesday’s fire at a residence on BB Road on the south side of Cedar Bluff State Park.

“The fire marshal was unable to determine the exact cause of the fire,” said Chad Mann with Trego County Rural Fire. “They did confirm the fire probably started in the camper, spread to the motor home and then the house. It was like a domino effect.”

The fire started at 11 a.m. Tuesday and also destroyed two cars. There were no injuries.
