Women’s Leadership Project celebrates Women’s History Month

The Women’s Leadership Project at Fort Hays State University will celebrate Women’s History Month with a variety of events throughout March.

From Monday to Friday, the Memorial Union will showcase “Women’s History is Our History” on the feature wall.

“Inventions You Can Thank a Woman For” will be from 11 to 1 p.m. Thursday in the lobby in the Memorial Union.

The American Association of University Women will host a meet and greet with Diane Nash, civil rights activist and American heroine, as the keynote lecturer at 3:30 p.m. March 27 in the Robbins Center. That evening, Nash will give a presentation at 7 p.m. in the Beach/Schmidt Performing Arts Center.

Forsyth Library also will have an American Heroines display throughout the month.
