Planned power outage for the city of Ellis tonight…according to Ellis County Emergency Manager Bill Ring, Midwest Energy will be doing work on the lines feeding the city of Ellis starting at midnight and lasting about 4 hours.

This will effect the city and some of the surrounding area.
