BUHLER –Buhler High School Officials are taking no chances with a threat that was apparently found inside a boy’s rest room.

The message appeared to indicate a date of April 25, which is Friday. School officials sent a letter to parents to inform them of the threat.

Classes will be held on Friday with officers present throughout the day. Students will not be permitted to bring backpacks into the school and any purse belonging to a female student will be examined.

They also indicate that there will only be one point of entrance at the school, which will be the doors nearest to the auditorium.

They suggest that anyone who makes such a threat will be subject to immediate expulsion and possibly criminal prosecution. They say they are working with the Buhler Police Department on this matter.
