Two days after finishing third at their own Bob Blazer Invitational, the Hays High boys golf team finishes second at the Dodge City Invitational Thursday at the par 71 Mariah Hills Golf Course.

The Indians shoot a 316 and finish 26 shots behind the host Red Demons. Nathan Romme led the Indians with a 6-over-par 77 and placed ninth. Payton Ruder and Lane Clark both tied for 12th with a 79.

Hays High’s busy week continues Friday at the Salina South Invitational.
