A new executive director for Russell Main Street.  Linda O’Neal started on the job last week.  She’s a Hays resident and will soon move to Russell where she has family.

O’Neal graduated from Fort Hays State with a Master’s Degree in Public Relations. She is the former special events chairperson for the United Way of Ellis County and most recently has worked an an administrative assistant for Stromgren Athletics, Inc., in Hays.
