A weak cold front will continue to move south across Kansas today with highs ranging from the low 80s near Hays to the low 90s near the Oklahoma and Colorado borders. The heat is back on for Tuesday and Wednesday with elevated to critical fire weather conditions and highs in the mid to upper 90s. A few strong to severe thunderstorms are possible in parts of south central Kansas late Wednesday afternoon and Wednesday night ahead of the next cold front
