Beginning Monday, the 2014 curb and brick repair project will begin, the city of Hays announced Friday. Various areas from West Fifth to Ninth streets between Walnut and Main will be restricted for approximately one month for repairs.

Signs will be in place to direct the traveling public, and motorists are advised to use caution and, if at all possible, avoid these areas.
