A Saturday morning self-defense workshop is the final event in the Red Flag Campaign sponsored by the Fort Hays State University Women’s Leadership Project.

About 50 participants learn how to fight off an attacker with help from the FHSU Defense Tactics Club and leader Kenton Russell, who has 27 years in mixed martial arts training.

According to Russell, the five most common locations sexual predators use to execute a sexual attack are:  5) College Campuses;  4) Convenience Store/Gas Stations;  3) ATM Machines; 2) Mall Parking Lots; and 1) Your Own Home.
