WINFIELD- Three people were injured in a rollover crash just before 7 a.m. on Tuesday in Cowley County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2000 Chevy Impala driven by Jennifer L. Morris, 28, Winfield, was northbound on U.S.-77 nine miles north of Winfield.

The vehicle went off the roadway, the driver overcorrected and the vehicle went into the west ditch and rolled.

The driver was ejected.

Morris was transported to Wesley Medical Center. The KHP report indicated two children in the vehicle were injured but not where they were transported for treatment.

The KHP said Morris was not wearing a seat belt.
