NASHVILLE (AP) – Chris Young had to drop out of the CMA Music Festival in Nashville last weekend because he cut the tendons in his left hand. His label says Young accidentally cut his hand with a kitchen knife while at home Thursday night. He had surgery in Nashville Friday. Young is expected to heal fully and he expects to be able to play guitar after rehabilitation.
