From 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Celebration Community Church will have a free community-wide Wellness Fair.

Representatives will be on hand from Hays Medical Center’s Stroke Center, First Care Clinic, Alzheimer’s Support Group, Northwest Area Agency on Aging, First Call for Help, Clinkscales Elder Law Firm, Ellis Good Samaritan Society, Angel Care Home Health, Good Samaritan Adult Day Care, Celebrate Recovery and others.

There will be a registered pharmacist on hand to review medications (be sure to bring all meds in original containers, including herbals and supplements). Blood pressure screenings  and Tara Roa, PA, will provide diabetic education.

Free rides are available from Angel Care Transportation (785) 259-1577. The event is free to the public, and refreshments will be served.
