Hays Hurricanes swimmer Megan Flavin placed first in 4 events and broke the pool record in the 50 free at the Western Kansas Swim Club swim meet in Lakin, Kansas on Saturday, June 28^th.  Flavin’s time of 28.66 broke the previous record of 28.96 held by former Hurricanes swimmer Amanda Groff.

Ben Rajewski (age 17):  200 IM (2^nd), 500 Free (3^rd)

Emilee Pfannenstiel (age 13):  50 Free (2^nd), 100 Fly (3^rd)

Mindi Veach (age 10):  100 Free (3^rd)

Chris Zhang (age 6):  50 Back (3^rd)

Ryan Zhang (age 9):  50 Free (2^nd), 50 Back (2^nd), 50 Breast (2^nd), 100 Free (2^nd)
