Hutchinson-A Hutchinson man with an extensive criminal history and just released from prison on June 30, is back in jail.

Jeremy Frischenmeyer, 33, is alleged to have been in possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and simulated substances when police stopped him on Monday afternoon.

Authorities say Frischenmeyer was at an apartment in the 200 block of West 8th in Hutchinson where he was apparently not welcome. He was arrested on the drug charges and also advised of criminal trespass for being at that apartment.

In court on Tuesday Frischenmeyer told Judge Randy McEwen that he had been released from prison onto the streets.

Frischenmeyer had been released from prison for two burglary convictions in 2011. He has additional convictions for burglary, forgery, theft and possession of drugs.
