The Hays Area Children’s Center offers regular developmental screenings for children birth to school-aged in Ellis and Rush counties.

The screenings are designed to assess speech, language, vision, hearing, thinking, self-help, behavior and movement. The monthly screenings are conducted by area professionals including registered nurses, speech-language pathologists and social workers.
