FASTigers, the faculty and staff chapter of Fort Hays State University alumni, and the Post Rock Chapter of FHSU Alumni will send new area Tigers back to school in style at the annual Tiger Send-off beginning at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Robbins Center’s Eagle Communications Hall.

“The Tiger Send-off event is a wonderful opportunity to meet incoming students from the surrounding communities and welcome them to FHSU,” said Craig Karlin, director of financial assistance and president of FASTigers.

Tiger Send-off will help incoming students prepare for their first year at FHSU. The Hays area send-off is the fourth and final event sponsored by other Alumni Association chapters around Kansas.

New students are encouraged to bring their parents.
