NTSB releases report on July’s fatal Ellis Co. plane crash

Screen Shot 2014-08-06 at 6.09.21 PMELLIS COUNTY — The National Transportation Safety Board’s preliminary report on the fatal July crop duster plane crash in Ellis County was released today.

Garrett Moore, 23, Oakley, died in the crash.

Frontier AG in Oakley owned the Air Tractor AT-401B spray plane.
