DODGE CITY-  A semi truck driver was injured in an accident at 11p.m. on Saturday night in Ford County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a semi truck and trailer driven by Labrandon M. Williams, 32, Birmingham, AL., was westbound on U.S. 400 and due to the high winds the empty trailer rolled over.

Williams was transported to Western Plains Medical Center. The KHP reported he was properly restrained at the time of the accident.
