From Sept. 22 to 26, the Kansas Parish Nursing Association will have a course for anyone who is considering starting a parish nurse program or health ministry.

JoVeta Wescott, KPNA director, will conduct the course from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day at Celebration Community Church in Hays.

The cost is $350, which includes all materials and books, lunch and snacks each day, as well as a pin. Upon completion of the class, participants can apply for 36 continuing education credits.
