ELLSWORTH- A Kansas man was injured in an accident just after 9:30 p.m. on Friday in Ellsworth County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 1991 Chevy pickup driven by Brandon J. Wright, 32, Ellsworth, was northbound on Kansas 14 eleven miles south of the Kansas 156 Junction.

For an unknown reason the vehicle went off the roadway to the right, came back across the roadway to the left making one complete roll landing on its tires. The driver was ejected.

Wright was transported to Wesley Medical Center.

The KHP reported Wright was not wearing a seat belt.
