Katie Brungardt fired a 39 to win the individual title and help the Hays High girls’ golf team to a runner-up finish at the Salina Central Invitational at the Salina Municipal Golf Course Tuesday. The Indians, who shot a 174 to finish five shots behind Manhattan, placed three in the top-10. Lexie Schaben finished seventh with a 43 and Taylor DeBoer eighth with a 44.
