Kansas Gov. Sam Brownback and challenger Paul Davis will debate Tuesday at the Kansas Association of Broadcasters convention in Wichita. The luncheon event is scheduled to run from noon to 1:15 p.m., with the debate scheduled to begin at 12:40 p.m.
