TOPEKA – The Kansas Department for Children and Families will unveil its new service center located at 2250 E. 22nd, Hays. A ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new facility will be held from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday.

Construction began on the new facility in April. Services recently moved from the former facility at 3000 Broadway.

DCF provides a wide range of services to Kansans in need, including cash, food and child care assistance, as well as employment programs.
