TAURANGA, New Zealand (AP) – The lawyer for AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd has entered a not guilty plea on his behalf in a New Zealand court.

Rudd is accused of threatening to kill and of drug possession.

The judge says Rudd’s case will likely be decided by a judge, rather than a jury, sometime next year.
