WICHITA- Two Kansas men were injured in an accident just after 7 a.m. on Sunday in Sedgwick County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2007 Ford passenger vehicle driven by James W. Stapleton, 69, Beloit, was southbound on Interstate 135 at the 85th Street Bridge.

The driver lost control and the vehicle struck the guardrail.

Stapleton and a passenger Divel, Jerry Norman Divel, 67, Beloit, were transported to Wesley Medical Center.

The KHP reported both were properly restrained at the time of the accident.
