Perry Joe Burdette, age 66, passed away at his home in Ransom on January 11, 2015.

Joe was born on November 20, 1948, the son of Chester and Evah Wallace Burdette.

Joe was a parts machinist for most of his life. He was a Vietnam War veteran, a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, and a member of the N.R.A.

On February 15, 1992, he married Cynthia Graham.

He is survived by his wife, Cindy of the home; sons, Christopher J. (Yvonne) Burdette, Utica, KS, Matthew W. (Anna) Burdette, Utica, David J. Eaton, Denver, CO; daughter, Stephane Lohr, Denver; brothers, Garith Burdette, Charleston, WV, Randy Burdette, Charleston; sisters Alberta Mell, CA, Shirley (Stanley) Landers, Charleston; grandchildren, Trent Burdette, Charlie Burdette, David S. Eaton, Kerridan Eaton, Cardin Koonce.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his sister Iris.

Memorial Service will be at the Ransom United Methodist Church, Thursday, January, 15, 2015, 3:00 P.M.
