CHI to Provide a KickStart

A new ten-week fitness program through the Center for Health Improvement will begin next month. Director Stephanie Schaffer says the program will focus on lifestyle along with exercise, and will include grocery tours, healthy cooking classes and free fitness classes.

Participants also will do a health risk assessment and keep an online personal wellness journal.

Registration is available through the CHI website. The program will run from January 5th to March 17th.
