Ellis to talk MWE franchise rates, new PRIDE committee

ellis city logoELLIS–City council members will continue discussion during its Monday, Feb. 16 of the town’s Midwest Energy franchise tax rates which were recently increased dramatically.

New business items include a discussion of remodeling Ellis City Hall for the Public Works Department office and the possible creation of a PRIDE committee.
