A free self-defense workshop will be hosted by Fort Hays State University’s Women’s Leadership Project, the Defensive Tactics Club and the Department of Health and Human Performance from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday in the Cunningham Hall wrestling room.

It is open to ages 12 and older. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent. Participants are to be dressed in T-shirts and athletic pants or shorts. No jewelry allowed.
