CHEROKEE – A Kansas man was injured in an accident just after 9 a.m. on Friday in Cherokee County
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2006 Sterling truck driven by Bradley Oehme, 21, Galena, was southbound on Highway 7 a mile south of Cherokee.
The truck’s passenger side tires dropped off the edge of roadway.
The driver overcorrected. The truck rolled and slid across the roadway into the east ditch.
Oehme was transported to Mercy Maude Norton Hospital
The KHP reported he was properly restrained at the time of the accident.
