City of Hays

After many years of dedicated service on behalf of the citizens of Hays, City Commissioners Ron Mellick and Kent Steward will be leaving their seats on the Hays City Commission.

The city will host a reception from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, April 23, at City Hall in appreciation of their years of service to the city of Hays.
