ELLIS–The three new Ellis City Council members and the new mayor will be sworn in to office during their meeting Monday, April 20, which starts at 7:30 p.m. in Ellis City Hall.
The new council members are members are Holly Aschenbrenner, Heather Luea and Robert Redger, along with Dave McDaniel-mayor.
