WICHITA –Three people were injured in an accident just before 10 p.m. on Wednesday in Sedgwick County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Jhamira Sandoval, 31, Wichita, was northbound on Interstate 135 at 2nd Street.

The driver lost control of the vehicle. It struck the outside guardrail, crossed all lanes of traffic, and struck the inside barrier wall.

Sondoval, Honesty Girod, 31, Alameda, CA., and Genevieve Andrews, 32, Wichita, were transported to Wesley Medical Center.
