There will be a Hays Area Chamber of Commerce ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Bruckner Truck Sales, 2101 Commerce.

Lunch, catered by Rose Garden Steakhaus & Catering, will be served following the ceremony.
