GREAT BEND- A wanted drug suspect is in custody in Colorado.

The Barton County Sheriff’s Office reported they received word that Brandon Dannebohm was captured in Denver Tuesday night.

The Sheriff’s Office was searching for Dannebohm for several warrants including “no bond probation violation” and “possession of methamphetamine.”

On June 26, officers were searching for Dannebohm at 515 S. Bismark in Ellinwood.

Dannebohm fled the scene prior to officer’s arrival, but $45,000 worth of methamphetamine was found in the apartment.

Further information on Dannebohm’s capture will be released upon extradition.
