Kansas man hospitalized after SUV rear-end crash

MCPHERSON- A Kansas man was injured in an accident just before 5 p.m. on Friday in McPherson County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2009 Toyota Camry driven by Natalie Zink, 31, Lyons, was westbound on U.S. 56 at 12th Avenue.

The vehicle was slowing to make a right turn. A 1999 Ford Explorer driven by William Martin, 73, McPherson rear-ended the Camry.

Martin was transported to McPherson Hospital. Zink was not injured.

Both drivers were properly restrained at the time of the accident.
