KBI cancels Silver Alert for missing man believed to be in NW Kan.

On July 8, the Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI), on behalf of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, issued a secondary Silver Alert for Patrick D. Flynn from Gladstone, MO.

The State of Missouri issued an Endangered Silver Advisory for Patrick Flynn when his family became concerned for his welfare. Since his ATM card had been used in Seneca, KS, the KBI issued a statewide secondary alert.

The KBI has been notified that Mr. Flynn returned home safely, therefore the secondary alert is cancelled.
