HUTCHINSON – The Kansas State Fair has an Interim General Manager and she is certainly no stranger to
the Fair.

The Board voted unanimously Wednesday to name Assistant Fair Manager Lori Hart to the position.

She takes over for Denny Stoecklein who is taking a job at Hutchinson Community College as its Director of Marketing and Public Information.

Stoecklein was with the fair for 20 years, the last 12 at the General Manager.

Hart will be the head of the fair that begins its 10-day run September 11th.
