Kan. woman hospitalized after car rolls into a creek

BURLINGTON– A Kansas woman was injured in an accident just before 11 p.m. on Monday in Coffey County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am driven by Brandy Lynn Davis, 25, Lebo, was eastbound on 12th Road at Kennebec.

The vehicle went left of center, left the roadway, struck a culvert, continued eastbound, hit a guardrail and rolled into a creek.

Davis was transported to Coffey County Hospital. She was properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
