Only one northwest Kansas community cracked the Top 10 in a listing of the safest places to live in Kansas.

Lansing topped the list, published this week by OnlyInYourState.com, followed by Prairie Village and Leawood.

Colby was the only northwest Kansas community on the list, placing 10th.
