A second inspection following a complaint found three violations:

• Cole slaw and fresh broccoli stored in “Sterilite” Non-food grade containers.
• The hood system is filled with grease.
• Wiping cloths used for wiping tables are stored in a “Home Depot” 5 gallon bucket that is not labeled.
