WAKEENEY–The listening tour stop in WaKeeney by Sen. Jerry Moran (R-KS) scheduled for this afternoon has been canceled.

Moran had planned to hold a town meeting at 2:30 p.m. in the Western Cooperative Electric Community Room.

Town hall meetings have also been canceled for Friday, Dec. 18, in Smith Center and Mankato.

According to Moran’s office, the Senator will stay in Washington to vote on pending legislation. His three stops in western Kansas will be rescheduled.
