The Hays USD 489 Board of Education will host its last meeting of the year at 6:30 p.m. Monday at Rockwell Administration Building, 323 W. 12th. The board is set to discuss a variety of topics, including further discussion on the upcoming bond issue.

Among the other topics to be discussed are the finding of the USD 489 audit by Adams, Brown Beran and Ball; Hays High School Course Guide and curriculum recommendations for the 2016-2017 school year from Hays High School Principal Marty Straub; the purchase of larger file backup system; a Hays Middle School HVAC system bid; board policy revisions and additions; the recently crafted district gift acknowledgement form; and the district’s copy usage.

The meeting is open to the public and is also broadcast live on Eagle Cable Channel 13.
