PAWNEE COUNTY – A woman from Norton was injured in an accident just before 11p.m. on Wednesday in Pawnee County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 1999 GMC Sierra driven by Jake Kristen Cressler, 21, was southbound on U.S. 183 just north of Kansas 156 Junction.

The vehicle hit a field entrance and rolled into the west ditch.

Cressler was transported to Pawnee Valley Hospital in Larned.
She was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
