LOGAN COUNTY – A Kansas man was injured in an accident just before 8:30p.m. on Christmas Eve in Logan County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix driven by German Guadalupe Hernandez, 37, Leoti, was westbound on Kansas 25 ten miles south of Russell Springs.

The driver lost control of the vehicle. It entered the north ditch and rolled.

Hernandez was transported to Logan County Hospital and flown to St. Anthony’s in Denver.

He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
