UPDATE: As of 1:15 p.m. U.S. 36 and K-9 completely reopen in northwest Kansas Expect snowpacked and icy conditions.
As of 11 a.m. CST, the following roads have been reopened in northwest Kansas according to KDOT:
- U.S. 83 from Oberlin to Selden
- K-25 from Colby to US-40
- K-117 from the Nebraska border to US-36
