Vino, Violins, and Valentines tickets on sale now

A four course meal, paired with wine, music, and an elegant atmosphere awaits guests of “Vino, Violins, and Valentines,” slated to take place on February 14th. The dinner will be held from 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. in the Oak Room at the Hadley Center, 205 E. 7th St. Guests may choose from 3 different time slots, available on a first come, first serve basis.

Guests have the option to purchase wine by the glass or the bottle. Selections will include local wines, as well as wines selected by the event hosts.

Under the direction of Chef Philip Kuhn, dinner was carefully selected for Valentine’s Day. Appetizers will include Crab Dip on baked crostini, Chili Garlic Shrimp in a wonton crisp, Olive Tapanada on an oven baked Crostini.

For dinner, guests may choose from: Spring Mix Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette with apples, Gorgonzola cheese, and walnuts or a Grilled Caesar Salad with Romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and shaved Parmesan cheese. They will also have a choice of a 6 oz Filet with Pink Peppercorn Sauce with Roasted Red Potatoes and Sautéed mix Vegetables, Grilled Salmon with buerre Blanc sauce with a Rice Pilaf and Sautéed mix vegetables, or Chicken Marsala with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Sautéed mix vegetables as an entree.

The meal concludes with a Chocolate Cup with Strawberry Mousse and Tulie cookie garnish for dessert.

Allison Lint, a nationally recognized violinist who was recently featured on CNN, will be providing guests with music throughout the evening. Various selections will include everything from well known standards to classical pieces.

Reservations are required. Tickets are $40 per person and go on sale January 21st, 2016. Limited ticket availability. Tickets must be purchased in advanced by Monday, February 8.
