ELLIS–Ellis city council members will discuss the annual inspection of the water tower as well as disaster planning preparedness during their meeting tonight, Monday, April 4.
Unfinished business items for discussion include refinancing of the 2006 General Obligation and Revenue Bonds and approval of a new sludge containment site.
