Fort Hays State University 600 Park, Hays – April 6
An inspection following a modified complaint found no violations.
Sake 2 Me Sushi Rolls 700 Main, Hays – April 5
A routine inspection found three violations.
- Soda syrups were being stored directly on the floor next to the dispenser.
- Spray bottle that held a yellow liquid was unmarked. Bottle was being stored with other chemicals. Person in charge said that it was floor cleaner.
- Fluorescent light bulbs in the kitchen do not have a cover or guard. Opened in the prep and cooking area.
